Well, the SP has aired, so Kaibutsu-kun is finally over!!  (Or is it?)  I thoroughly enjoyed the SP, and hope everyone else did as well!!

The theme song (written in 1980) for the animated version of "Kaibutsu-kun".  Ohno-kun sings it as the insert song for the drama.  It's a cute song, filled with wordplay and onomatopoeia meant to appeal to children.  For those of you completely unfamiliar with the manga/anime/drama, the "powers" being referred to in the song are Kaibutsu-kun's ( Read more... )
